• A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation made online
• Accepted Payment Options: Master Card/ Visa
• Hotel Currency: Thai Baht
• All rates are net in Thai Baht (inclusive of 10% Service charge and 7% VAT)
• The confirmation will be sent once we have received the payment.
• An additional cleaning charge of 2,000 baht will be charged to the guest's account for smoking in a non-smoking room or other restricted areas.

Cancellation Rules and Policy

After the reservation has been confirmed, any canceling or modifying of the booking/s within 3 days of the arrival date will be charged equal to the amount of one night.

No Show

Any deposit or Advance payment shall not be refunded.

Refund

Any administration fee 10% will be deducted from the original refund amount.

Amendment

Amendment to your reservation must be made through our office via reservation@dewanbangkok.com within 72 hours prior your check-in date; therefore, the rooms are subjected to availability.

However, amended reservation/s cannot be cancelled.

Children Policy

Free of charge for child less than 6 years old sharing with family for a maximum of one child per room without requiring extra bed.
